Product Guarantee

We guarantee our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions. Damage resulting from improper or abnormal use, abuse, neglect or alteration is not covered. However, we can repair our products for a nominal charge including punctured shell panels. This guarantee specifically excludes claims for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. For cases built from dimensions supplied by any source other than a Flight Form employee, we guarantee that these cases will conform to the dimensions provided. We cannot guarantee that the measurements given are correct nor can we guarantee that the case will adequately protect the intended equipment. In this instance all liability, financial and otherwise, shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
